See a video of this item 1964 Ford Falcon Sprint VIN: 4H13F155894 260 V8 engineruns excellent. Starts hot, or cold every time. 4 Speed trans shifts well. 4wheel drum breaks operate fine. Some minor play in thesteering linkage. Factory rear operates fine, and is quiet. The right rear quarter panel was replaced at some point by a previousowner. It was not installed 100% perfect, and is noticeable at the seams. Therear "Sprint" valance has a dent in it. A spare valance in similar condition isincluded in the sale. Please view the pictures. The frame rails, and floors areall original, and in very nice shape. The area below the battery box and repaired using fiberglass by a previous owner. It looks ok,but could look better. The undersides of the fenders look good, and they appearto be orginal, and rust free. The interior is presentable, but not perfect. Thedeluxe windshield trim has started to pit, and should be rechromed to beperfect. The dashpad recently cracked. The tach, horn, and radio do not work. The heater controls are intermittent. The gas gauge, speedometer, and coolant temp gauges all work. The red “gen” light flickers. The car was converted to an alternator, and charges fine. The engine is a 260,and was rebuilt at some point by a previous owner. It does not leak, or burn anyoil or coolant. It has an edelbrock intake, and a holley 4 barrel carb. Stockexhaust manifolds with free flowing mufflers, and the stock “Sprint” chromevalve covers. The car sounds like it has a mild cam. Overall, this is a nice cruiser.

The C6 automatic transmission is mated to a 9" Ford rear end.  The icing on the cake for this Fairlane is the Thunderbolt Hood.  The engine is a 427 FE Center Oiler and was completely rebuilt.  All of the exterior and interior trim and chrome is in excellent condition and free from the bumps and dents one might normally see on a car of this age. While the body was very solid and rust free to begin with, the paint work shows very well

For complete listing information please select the click to bid button to see this item on ebay. 1964 ford f-250 pickup 292 v-8 automatic 3 speed 'green dot' transmission custom cab camper mirrors camper rear bumper odometer reads 133k body/frame: this truck has a very straight original body overall. It still has the original paint on it with some patina and minor blemishes. The paint is very shiny and looks great. All but one small piece of trim is still on the truck, there is one small area of rust on the passenger rear cab corner. On both front sides of the bed is a hole where a previous owner obviously had located auxiliary gas tanks in both front corners of the bed. The inside of the bed has surface rust as the paint is worn on the bottom. The tailgate is very straight and opens and closes well, the hood opens and closes well, the doors open and close good, tool box on passenger side of the bed is solid, all glass is good, chrome and bright trim and grille are all shiny and straight, front chrome bumper is excellent, rear camper bumper has been repainted and extends out for accommodating a camper. Camper mirrors are good, weather stripping is brand new around doors. Wheels are very nice repainted with later model ford hubcaps with mounted radial tires in decent condition. We live in a dry climate so rust is not much of an issue in this area. Overall body in nice shape interior: the seat still has the original material on it, and is covered by a saddle blanket that matches the interior. I peeled it back and there are some tears on the drivers side, so the saddle blanket has been kept on it. The doors are very clean, and we just had new upper door panels replaced. The chrome door handles and window cranks are excellent and all work great. The dashboard is in excellent condition. The speedometer works sporadically - likely the cable. The wipers work, lights work, choke works, lighter works, dash lights work, dome light works and the heating/defroster works. There is hydraulic trailer brake controller mounted under the dash. We have not confirmed that it works, however have no reason to believe it doesn't. The headliner looks original and is in overall good condition. The steering wheel shows some paint wear and the horn ring is excellent, however the horn does not work. The factory am radio is in the dash works, and the factory speaker must have blown as a previous owner mounted another speaker on top of the dash. Door sills are good. Drivetrain: the drivetrain appears to be very original. The motor has a newer fuel pump, battery and cables. It starts right up and idles and runs well. The transmission seems to operate and shift fine. Trans fluid was a little low when we bought it, and was slipping somewhat. Filling the fluid to the correct level seems to make it work as it should, and the fluid is clean an.
