The 2 year frame off restoration was completed in September of 2015 The MGA sports a great performing MGB 1800 3 main engine with a 3 syncro 4 speed transmission and 391 differential gear for highway cruising. The goal of the restoration was to blend racing and nostalgic themes, while adding or improving safety, serviceability and drive-ability features. In keeping with the Sebring theme the radio is deleted; however the antenna is installed for future radio installation if desired. I like to describe this car as a new 1957 MGA roadster.

This 1951 mg td is a magnificent example of the classic british roadster and is an absolute joy to drive. 1. 3-litre (1,250cc) 54hp/64lb-ft 4-cylinder engine. 4-speed manual trans. The mg td has truly classic looks, not unlike early jaguars and triumphs. The design is magic. It's elegant and absolutely stylish, with a disproportionately long hood. Professionally restored and excellent throughout. The mg td is a standard transmission, rear-wheel-drive roadster. It represents the state-of-the-art in engine design, transmission, and suspension... The mg does have rack and pinion steering, which for its time was a superb offering --- and was a big improvement over the reins and stirrups that were in use just a few years earlier. Because there are no controls, ergonomics are superb. The few switches that do exist are right where they should be, because there's plenty of room on the dashboard for controls and amenities that will only come decades later. All paint, chrome, brightwork, upholstery and trim show famously. The car is powered by a 1,250cc, inline 4-cylinder with twin su carburetors, that is paired with a manual transmission. Notable features include a folding windscreen, turn signals, electric wipers, driver side-view mirror, dash-mounted rearview mirror, chrome exhaust tip, front and rear bumper over riders, and full original instrumentation. The car rides on original wheels with perfect original polished hubcaps and has new tires, plus a matching trunk-mounted spare. This wonderful example to runs, starts, and stops better than new. The gorgeous brightwork of this classic mg convertible contrasts nicely with its lustrous cranberry red paint. The interior is in impeccable condition. Perfectly patina'ed red leather seats, flawless door panels, carpet, dash and interior trim & controls are all beyond reproach. The cleanliness of the undercarriage displays the high level of care provided by its previous mg enthusiast owner. Everything from the wooden frame, to the brake and fuel lines, suspension components, horns and steering components are in all in excellent condition and show to a very high standard. The 1950 td midget combined the tc's drivetrain, a modified hypoid-geared rear axle, the mg y-type chassis, a familiar t-type style body and independent suspension using coil springs from the mg y-type saloon: a 1950 road-test report described as most striking the resulting transformation ... In the comfort of riding. Also lifted from the company's successful 11/4-litre saloon for the td was the (still highly geared) rack and pinion steering. In addition the td featured 15-inch disc type road wheels, a left-hand drive option and. Leather Seats

This 1973 mg midget mkiii roadster is one of the nicest midgets we have ever seen. Finished in traditional bright red over a tan interior. 1,275cc 4-cylinder engine. 5-speed manual trans. Upgraded to modern electronic ignition system. Built on august 13, 1973, in abingdon, england, this fantastic and difficult-to-find midget was subject to a full ground-up restoration to show standards. The body was a rust-free, accident-free shell which was completely stripped down to bare metal to be expertly finished and painted. The bodywork and paint are excellent. The engine is the desirable and more powerful 1,275cc version and was complmc605etely rebuilt. The transmission has been updated to a 5-speed, which really helps these cars at freeway speeds. The rostyle wheels and a front anti-roll bar were factory extras. Electronic ignition and a 5-speed rivergate transmission are the only modifications. Everything on this car is either new or rebuilt from the ground up. Since the '70s and '80s, the mg midget has been the budget sports car of choice and first starter classic of many. Early models are becoming increasingly rare and values are rising. As a first classic, the midget has few peers. Its low running costs, diminutive size, and small purchase price make it the perfect car to drive into the world of classic motoring. A well-sorted example is an absolute blast to drive and its diminutive shape makes 50mph feel like 150mph. Fortunately, little has changed over the past 30 years -- the midget is still a bargain classic and aficionados consider the round-arch midgets with chrome bumpers produced for model years 1972-1974, such as this fine example, to be the most desirable. The mg midget can trace its lineage back to the austin-healey frogeye sprite, the car which brought affordable sports car motoring to the british public in 1958. In 1961 the austin-healey sprite mk2 arrived, and with it the badge-engineered mg midget -- a better-appointed version that shared the majority of components with its austin-healey stablemate. With 200+ always on site, nobody has what we have!

The exterior is finished in classic british racing green, with properly painted silver wire wheels mounted with correct dunlop tires. The interior has also been restored with correct biscuit light tan leather that is in very good condition and fitted with safety belts. The finish of the wood dashboard is superb, including clear gauges, all switches, controls and trim, fitted with a bluemels brooklands steering wheel. Under the hood, the quality and conservation of the restoration are again in evidence with the correctly painted firewall, hardware, accessories and trim all appearing like-new. This is an important part of post-war sports car history.
